Crisis Support:
Provincial Mental Health Crisis Line:
1-888-429-8167 (also 902-429-8167 in HRM). This 24/7 telephone service provides support for individuals experiencing suicidal thoughts, self-harming behaviors, or other mental health crises.
Mental Health Mobile Crisis Team (MHMCT):
Available 24/7, the MHMCT can be contacted at 1-888-429-8167. They provide interventions to children, youth, and adults, including mobile counseling services within HRM.
9-8-8 Suicide Crisis Helpline:
Call or text 9-8-8 for immediate support. They offer a safe space to talk 24/7.
