PROGRAM: COMMUNITY LITERACY

During my training time with the instructor at BSLN, I have gained a substantial amount of knowledge, understanding and hands on learning regarding computer literacy. I felt fully supported by the instructor navigating these new skills. She made learning interesting, engaging and informative!

I felt that I was set up for success through her guidance which helped to significantly increase my confidence in navigating the use of computers. I also appreciated the time and effort the instructor took to ensure that I was understood the content and modules that were a part of the learning process. I highly recommend the BSLN Community Literacy Program (Digital Skills) to anyone who is interested in learning to increase their confidence in navigating the world of computers.

I would like to add that this has been a very positive experience for me.
